IC Filling Systems successfully supplies Two Packaging Machines to a Major US New Spring Water
A major US new spring water bottler located in the Rocky Mountains has recently finished the commissioning of two packaging machines supplied by IC Filling Systems srl of Italy, suitable for a bottling line achieving 6000bph.
The bottling line is designed for one way glass bottles and the supply included a 24 heads rotary bottle rinser suitable for ozonised water rinsing (see photo and video enclosed ) and a 6 heads rotary labelling machine fitted with two labelling stations for PSL. The bottle rinser supplied by IC Filling Systems is fitted with AISI 316 ozone resistant parts in contact with the rinsing water and has a dome and extraction fan for the ozone fumes. Both machines came fitted with UL certified electric components and UL conform electrical panel required in the USA. To see the video please click HERE.
The Production Manager of the company was particularly impressed by the quality for the machines and the professional installation service supplied by the engineer sent by IC Filling Systems srl. The order was acquired via the representative office opened recently by IC Filling Systems srl in California to service the North American market.
