IC Filling Systems manufacture HYBRID bottling & canning lines for glass bottles, PET bottles, aluminium cans and aluminium bottles up to a speed of 3000 bottles/cans per hour.
These unique fillerblock units are able to handle various format bottles, various format aluminium cans and also different PET bottle formats all on a single frame.
These systems also have the added bonus of being able to close the bottles with plastic screw caps, ROPP aluminium screw caps, mushroom corks & crown caps as well as seam aluminium cans.
The HYBRID fillerblocks are available in these configurations:
- 9/10/1+1 (Reversible capping turret - 2 cap technology)
- 9/12/1+1 (Reversible capping turret - 2 cap technology)
- 12/16/1+1 (Reversible capping turret - 2 cap technology)
- 12/20/1+1 (Reversible capping turret - 2 cap technology)
These units have been designed specifically for the Microbrewery market to offer aluminium can & glass bottle packaging on one single line.
With a hot water fobbing device before capping and a CO² flushing system before can seaming, we can guarantee low dissolved oxygen pick up levels in the finished product.
