Bottling Equipment for House of Elrick Artisan Gin

House of Elrick (who were on Dragon’s Den TV programme) have just taken delivery from us of a complete semi-automatic bottling line for their premium range of artisan gins.

House of Elrick's hand crafted, artisan gin is one of the finest available. Botanicals hand-picked by their Master of Gin are a complement of juniper, coriander seeds, angelica root and citrus peel, built around a core of heather, pink peppercorns, sweet fennel and rose petals.

Equipment supplied includes:

•    A 2 injector bottle rinser with filtration system (for rinsing their bottles with diluted spirit)
•    A four valve vacuum assisted bottle filler
•    A filtration system with stainless steel 10 micron filter cartridges
•    A lever operated PVC heat shrink capsule sealer

This semi-automatic bottling line will allow House of Elrick to produce up to 500 bottles an hour with their 70cl bottles.
