Semi automatic isobaric beer filling machine at Brau Beviale 2014
We are pleased to announce that we will be presenting a new 4H-PE 4 head semi-automatic isobaric filling machine for beer at the BrauBeviale on Stand 7-755 from 11- to 13 November. The machine is fitted with a pre-evacuation vacuum pump system to eliminate the oxygen in the bottles prior to filling. This model is available with or without a capping machine as required.
Capable of filling up to 500 bottles per hour at 500 ml, the IC Filling Systems 4H-PE isobaric filler with Pre-Evacuation is fitted with a manually operated valve by a switch so the level of vacuum achieved can be determined accurately with an optional manometer.
The H4-PE is fitted with an automatic pneumatic piston lifting system and an automatic safety screen protection that comes down automatically before the bottles can be filled. It is fitted also with four bottle explosion proof dividers. The H4-PE is mounted on castor wheels to allow easy storage when the filler is not in use.
All this happens sequentially when the start button is pressed. The bottles are positioned and removed manually.
The H4-PE is fitted with UL approved electric components as options for the North American market.
