New Flexiblock for Henry Farms Distillery, USA
In our factory at Incisa Scapaccino this week, we received four illustrious visitors from Henry Farms Distillery based in Dane, Wisconsin, producers of J. Henry’s Wisconsin Straight Bourbon.
Joe Henry was accompanied by his wife Liz, and by Josh Tuschl and his wife Taylor. They came all the way to Italy to take delivery of their brand new Flexiblock filling and packaging flexible production unit.
The Flexiblock will be used to bottle their Bourbon whiskey produced with their own home-grown grains, cultivated exclusively on their farm.

The Flexiblock, produced to IC Filling Systems’ original design, is linear filling equipment that takes care of various different bottles used to test and launch new products, with a minimum, if not any change parts at all.
This is a unique advantage of the Flexiblock. It allows producers to bring forward new productions rapidly and flexibly without having to wait many weeks for change parts for new & different bottles. At the same time it also cuts down drastically on change over times during production of various different bottles.
The concept of a flexible bottling line that can meet the needs of many different sizes of bottles is increasingly adopted by the growing group of Craft Distillers worldwide.
Consisting of three basic modules the main features are custom designed around the demands of each client and consist of:
- Rinser filler module
- The capping module(s)
- The capsuling and labelling module
