We are pleased to announce that Robert McBride Ltd , the leading international contract packer for cosmetics and toiletries, has recently taken delivery of an automatic sorting and capping machine for trigger pumps from IC Filling Systems Ltd suitable for various finger and trigger pump closure systems.

Capable of capping finger and trigger pumps at up to 9000 bottles per hour the IC Filling Systems capping equipment for finger and trigger pumps has been delivered and installed at the Bradford plant in Northern England.
Trigger capping machine
Completely automated in its functions via a PLC and touch screen, the finger pump capping systems is composed of:

- a 800 litres double trigger belt elevator,
- an sound insulated high speed trigger sorter of 2,500 mm diameter with horizontal air conveyor to the capper
- a double turret capping machine -composed of a first turret that inserts the straws into the bottles
and a second capping turret that tightens the cap to the required torque.
