The new features for beer :

• Automatic opening and closing of the safety glass door
• Automatic raising and lowering of the bottles into the valves
• Pre-evacuation of air from the bottle. A vacuum pump eliminates the air from the bottle and takes it away from the filler. Manually operated till -1 bar of vacuum
• The filling valve will then flood the vacuumed bottle with CO2 (Carbon Dioxide) and once the bottle is pressurised the filling of beer takes place.
• After the filling is completed the bottle is levelled off and the sniff is expelled outside the machine.
• No air or CO2 goes inside the tank coming from the bottle.
• Pre-saturation of the filler tank with CO2. Prior to beginning the filling the existing air inside the filling tank is purged outside while saturating the tank with CO2 - this operation can be adjusted manually to suit your own quality requirements.
