IC Filling Systems has just commissioned a 60 pincer rotary bottle rinser capable of 12,000 bottles per hour, destined for Ron de Guatemala to replace an obsolete rinser.
Ron de Guatemala produce a variety of Premium Rums, protected by a Denomination of Origin.
We adopted an adjustable system of infeed and outfeed start wheels that dramatically reduces the number of change parts.
An adjustable worm screw infeed further reduces the number of parts to be bought and stored.
IC Filling Systems of Italy worked closely with our agents in Central America, Bottling Solutions Ltd, to secure the contract and installation services.
