Automatic Bottling Line for Annabay Club, Curacao

Annabay Club CEO Christian Branum with the finished product

Annabay Club of Curacao have just taken delivery of a complete bottling line from IC Filling Systems, designed for two different bottle sizes, capping types and labelling.

Annabay Club produce a range of classic and flavoured rums on the island of Curacao, which lies just off the Venezuelan coast in the Caribbean.

The complete bottling line consists of a single block of three machines: Rinser (9 positions), gravity filler (12 valves) and capper for T-cork (for 700ml bottles) and ROPP caps (for 50ml miniature bottles and 20 x 12 ROPP caps).

An automatic conveyor takes the empty bottles on a rotary motorised 800mm diameter infeed table through the monoblock and into the combined capsuling and labelling machine with one heat shrink capsuling position and two (front and back) labelling stations with ink jet coder positioned on a window on the back label.

The bottles then exit and are brought to the final packing station near a motorised rotary table.
