Flexible Bottle Filling Machine for Brasserie Trois Dames, Switzerland
IC Filling Systems have delivered a flexible 6.6.2 Monoblock to Brasserie Trois Dames in Sainte Croix, Switzerland.
The unique feature of this monoblock is that it has been customised to fill two different bottle sizes with - 5 x 500ml fillers and 1 x 1500ml fillers to allow production flexibility for different products and different production runs.
This also includes a twin head capping systems to close two bottles simultaneously.
The setup allows for rinsing, filling and capping with a vibrating crown sorter with automatic positioning on the bottles, and the machine has extended height to allow the filling of magnums.
Brasserie Trois Dames is positioned in the idyllic vallee de Sainte Croix near the French border and has been brewing excellent beer here since 2003.
