Centralized Water Heating with Hot Water Buffer
The pasteurizers are equipped with a closed water circulation system, which significantly reduces heating times for individual zones, saving both energy and water. This is achieved through a specially designed heating and circulation system, featuring a single heat exchanger and a hot water buffer tank.
With centralised water heating, individual heat exchangers are not required for each zone, reducing both machine costs and the number of components. This design also minimises maintenance requirements while maintaining the same level of heating efficiency.
By utilising a common heat exchanger for all zones, the pasteuriser can direct its full heating capacity to a specific zone, improving overall heating performance. Hot water injection is employed directly into the zone pump intake, allowing for faster reactions and rapid adjustments to the water temperature, enabling faster heat-up times. This feature ensures the system can quickly adjust to irregularities, enabling rapid restarts or efficient cold start-ups. |
