The innovative 'Y' shaped layout of our conveyors designs feeding in and out of the 551 Microblock allows for inline labelling, bottle feeding and unloading all to be undertaken by a single operator, allowing production of up to 1,000 bottles per hour.

The example layout here covers a footprint of just 5.8 x 3.3 metres (19 x 11 feet), and allows a single operator to control the entire operation.
We've also included a labelling machine in this compact layout to allow fully automatic labelling, rinsing, filling and capping at up to 1,000 bottles per hour for 330ml bottles.
